Ι . Warranty condition
- Free warranty case
– The product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect
– The product is still within the warranty period (the term is calculated from the date of delivery).
– Warranty card must have full information about the product, date of purchase.
Note: The above warranty applies to home customers. The other uses for companies, hotels, restaurants … will get a full 12 months warranty for all products.
- Cases not covered by free warranty
– The product has expired warranty written on the coupon or lost the warranty card
– Do not follow the instructions, use the wrong voltage indicated on the product.
– The product shows signs of repair (tearing the warranty stamp on the product…) or changes in the design structure before reporting the warranty.
– The product is defective because the customer or a third party arbitrarily dismantles and repairs it without the instruction of Atami staff.
– The product is faulty due to fire, explosion, damage, mechanical impact, deformation, falling, impact, damage due to moisture, rust, animal intrusion, natural disaster, fire.
– Do not follow the manufacturer’s instructions (or user manual).
– Parts and components are naturally worn out during use: belts, bicycles, motor brushes, buttons.
ΙΙ . Regulations of the warranty time
* Warranty period for massage chairs: Warranty within 24 hours from the time of receiving customer information. Applicable nationwide, within 1 year for all chair parts (customers who want to change to 10-year Diamond warranty, buy a warranty package for 5000 pesos).
* Bicycle warranty period: Warranty within 24 hours from the time of receiving customer’s information. Apply nationwide, warranty within 6 months.

- Home warranty
Applies to all products
+ Area within 50km radius (within showroom radius): Free.
+ Area outside 50km radius (from showroom radius): Free support for the first time
- Lifetime maintenance policy
– What is “Lifetime Maintenance”? When the product is out of warranty period, it will be transferred to maintenance mode according to Atami’s policy. When the product has a problem, Atami will carry out product maintenance and repair. The cost of maintenance and repair is free, but if the product’s details need to be replaced, Atami will charge for the part. Customers are entitled to request product maintenance for life (unlimited time to use the product).
– All Atami products are maintained for life, supporting replacement of accessories during the use of the product.
