  1. PRICE POLICY

When become a wholesaler, ATAMI will send you the detailed price including retail price and % of discount. 

  1. DISTRIBUTOR POLICY (using ATAMI BRAND)
  • Each order must be 5 units or more.
  • Not controlled by retail price.
  • Be provided with Atami massage chair catalogs, images and videos.
  • Be supported with logo embroidery.
  • Be supported with 50% delivery cost (order valued bigger than 500.000 Pesos)
  • Be supported with finding container, new product.
  • Be supported with technical assembly training. 
  1. PAYMENT POLICY
  • Order by container: deposit 30% the value of order, the remaining 70% to be paid upon receipt
  • Regular order in stock: deposit 10% the value of order, the remaining 90% to be paid upon receipt
  1. DELIVERY POLICY
  • Deliver at the warehouse: if you can come to Atami warehouse to pick up the goods
  • Deliver via transport service: The goods will be delivered at your location, safe and convenient, but the goods will be delayed 7-15 days.

  • Not controlled by retail price.

  1. COMMISSION POLICY

Commission is  the total amount of money out of the net revenue (paid orders) that a staff makes per month. The commission is calculated as follows:

 

Commission for 2 – 5 units = 10% x Net revenue

Commission for 5 – 10 units = 15% x Net revenue

Commission for over 10 units = 20% x Net revenue

III. SUPPORT POLICY

  1. PR – Marketing Support.

– The ATAMI brand will support media campaigns and run ads for agents on the Facebook platform. 

– ATAMI supports the training of the dealer’s MKT staff so that the staff can self-deploy MKT campaigns if the dealer needs it.

– Information about your agent will be advertised on the mass media and on ATAMI’s websites will be published when agreed by the agent.

– Dealers are supported with catalogs, flyers, banners, sales promotion materials… according to the programs of the agent and the ATAMI brand.

– Wholesalers are provided with information about prices, goods, products and ATAMI’s policies, marketing programs.

– Wholesalers will be introduced by ATAMI to customers near the area for customers to buy or use products.

  1. Sales support:

– ATAMI can support calling customers to advise the Wholesaler when the Wholsaler provides customer data to ATAMI.

– ATAMI will provide product consulting information to the dealer’s sales team if needed so that the wholesaler can sell and advise customers in the most effective way.

  1. Technical support, solutions.

– Wholesalers will receive technical support by phone, email, or on-site technical support after delivery or upon request.

– Wholesalers will be consulted and supported by our solutions and techniques when required.

  1. Goods Support.

4.1: Exchange

Within 07 (seven) days from delivery, dealers will be able to exchange new goods if the product has defects from the manufacturer. In case ATAMI’s warehouse is out of stock to exchange for agents, ATAMI will notify and determine the time to exchange goods as soon as possible.

4.2: Returns

In case the goods and prices are not in accordance with the purchase agreement, the wholesaler has the right to return the goods to ATAMI. The return of goods is made within 30 days from the date of issuing the invoice and signing the delivery note.
